Current within 12 months. We sight the certificate before onboarding.
Public liability insurance
Minimum $20m cover, currency verified directly with the insurer.
ABN & trade licence verification
Cross-checked against ABN Lookup and VBA / relevant licensing registers.
Customer references
We speak to at least two recent clients about communication, quality and conduct.
Work portfolio review
We look at recent jobs in their trade and assess workmanship and finish quality first-hand.
Service standards agreement
Signed agreement to the standards on the right of this page. Reviewed every six months.

Every contractor in our network has been background-checked and reference-checked specifically for respectful in-home conduct. You'll always know who's coming, when, and exactly what they look like. You can request specific contractors.
